MetalQuest Mining (MQM) owns a 100% and is further looking to develop one of the largest iron ore projects in North America. Lac Otelnuk Iron Ore Project is located approximately 165 km by air northwest of the village of Schefferville, and 1200 km northeast of Montreal by air. The company sold its ~29.2% stake in the Murray Brook PEA Stage Polymetallic VMS Deposit, situated in the famous Bathurst Mining District, New Brunswick, Eastern Canada. The Company will still particiapte in the Project through the two royalties it holds on the Project and the 2.5 million shares and warrants the Company owns in Canadian Copper Inc which now owns a 100% of the Murray Brook Project. MQM is continues to work on a new Go Forward Plan for the Lac Otelnuk Project and is working towards finding a partner to continue the Projects development. The Company continues to look at other acquisitions of strategic metals projects.
